How can I have one of my properties listed for sale or lease on your website?

If you are the owner of a property that you would like to sell, just contact us and we will set up a meeting at your earliest convenience to discuss how we can market your property using this website as well as other marketing tools. We may even already be in contact with potential buyers for your property!

If your property is already listed with another Broker, please ask your Broker to contact us. We are always happy to learn about available properties and we will fully cooperate with other Brokers, whether they would prefer your property to be listed on our website or not.


Do you know about any properties that are for sale, but are not listed in your website?

Yes, indeed! There is a usually a substantial number of properties that we know are for sale, but we may not list. In most cases this happens because:

  • An owner would rather keep the sale confidential;
  • A Broker requests that we do not list a property they are marketing.

So, it is always best to contact us and inquire about the availability of any kind of property. We will schedule a meeting to discuss your requirements and investigate what properties may work for you.


May I hire you to search for a particular kind of property?

If you feel that none of the properties we present to you is a perfect match for your needs, then we can prepare a plan to further investigate the market. This tipically involves contacting selected property owners to check if they would entertain an offer.

Please be aware that in this case we would ask you to sign a Buyer Representation Agreement. This guarantees that we are paid a fair commission in case of purchase of a property (the amount of the commission depending on the kind of property purchased). Such agreement allows us to keep all compensation issues out of our conversations with property owners, thus simplifying negotiations and increasing the chance of success in acquiring the desired property.


If I would like to purchase a specific property that is not offically for sale, can you help me with contacting the owner and presenting an offer?

Of course we can help you with that. As a matter of fact, we regularly keep in contact with many owners of commercial properties, so we can quickly verify their interest in selling. However, we obviously cannot know each and every owner of commercial properties in the greater Miami area, and for properties owned by foreign individuals or corporations the process of negotiating a transaction with the owner(s) may be a particularly convoluted task. We are committed in offering the best possible service in any case. Once again (see above), for this kind of service we would ask you to sign a Buyer Representation Agreement.
